Our 2023 production of Dick Whittington is raising funds for The Pied Piper Appeal. This is the leading children’s charity in Gloucestershire and helps sick and disabled children throughout the county.
They provide equipment for children at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and other children’s waiting areas at hospitals in the County and provide bursaries to send the nurses on specialist training courses. They also support the county special schools and community organisations, funding all types of play equipment, hoists, transport, music technology and sensory equipment to enhance lives and provide opportunities for disabled children. They have contributed significantly to the fundraising that was required to build and launch the Chamwell Centre, a ground-breaking, state-of-the-art facility providing a wide range of inclusive and therapeutic play and physical activity facilities.
